Converla go-live checklist: plan, channels, team

After signup, work through this list:

  • Choose the paid plan that matches volume and seats.
  • In Integrations, connect at least one channel from WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, Web Chat, and SMS.
  • Invite agents and set who can assign conversations.
  • Add Manual or FAQ knowledge for Help and AI.
  • Embed the website widget on your domain (token + allowed domains).
  • Send a test message and confirm it appears in the Inbox.
